Healthy Food
Always eat healthy food before biking!!! Have carbohydrates a little while before going out. Good food for carbohydrates includes pasta and rice. Do not eat too much or you will not be able to move around well. For breakfast, eat light food like cereal. This should keep you healthy. Do not eat more than 2 snacks before biking. Energy drinks should never be used. Energy drinks are some of the worst things that you can have, both reducing performance, and, health. Do not drink energy drinks. You can get sponsored by energy drink companies though, just don't drink their products. Have fun biking!!!
