Training

  You should always keep yourself in shape. I play in a lot of sports to keep myself fit. I like to play hockey, soccer, football and frisbee. The sports keep me in shape and are very fun. Also I like to relax. Relaxing is very important because if you over-exert yourself, you are only wasting your time instead of keeping yourself in shape. To relax, I like doing things on computers like posting on this blog or managing my sites or other blogs. I also like to read (a lot), watch a movie (rarely) or just sit (usually never). I like to keep myself active. Reading or doing things are usually my only exceptions to not moving around. Stay fit!!!
